Deposits: The minimum deposit is ₱100 via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, and GrabPay; and ₱500 via bank transfer channels. Deposits are for the sole purpose of funding gambling activity on 68ph and may not be transferred to third parties. 68ph does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 via GCash and Maya. 68ph processes withdrawal requests in the order received. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 68ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits you have made to your 68ph account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
68ph is not liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (b) any indirect, consequential, or special damages; (c) interruptions in Platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond 68ph's reasonable control; or (d) losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, your account security obligations, or applicable laws.
Nothing in these Terms limits 68ph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its proven negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information by 68ph is governed by the 68ph Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating a 68ph account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including its sharing with relevant Philippine regulatory authorities where legally required.
68ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations, 68ph will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of 68ph following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your account in accordance with Section 13.
You may close your 68ph account at any time by contacting customer support. Any genuine balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements or pending investigations.
68ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) failure to satisfy KYC requirements; (c) reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; (d) account inactivity in excess of twelve (12) consecutive months; or (e) any other reason 68ph reasonably considers necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or its player community.
Where an account is terminated by 68ph for breach of these Terms, any balance held may be forfeited if it arose from, or is connected to, the conduct that led to the termination decision.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to them — including any question regarding their existence, validity, breach, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute between you and 68ph, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through informal channels, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the Philippines.
